What is collected.
If you use the contact form: your name, email address and message, and your company and day-rate band if you give them. Your IP address is held for up to 10 minutes for rate limiting and security and is not stored with your message. Page analytics come from Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and aggregated: pages viewed, referrer, country, browser, operating system and device type. This site sets no cookies.
Why.
To reply to your enquiry and take steps towards a possible contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Rate limiting and analytics rely on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): keeping the site secure and understanding which pages are used.
Who processes it.
Vercel Inc. (hosting, the contact function and analytics; USA). Resend (email delivery; USA). Newfold Digital, trading as Bluehost (the hello@uininja.co.uk mailbox; USA). Transfers to the USA rely on the UK-US data bridge or the International Data Transfer Addendum in each provider's data processing terms.
How long.
Enquiries are deleted 24 months after the last message if no engagement follows.
Your rights.
